The shoes story

A fine art still life drawing composition that explores the texture, shape, personality and expression of everyday shoes.

Context:

Shoes are very complex elements that take after the personality of the owner. They can be new or worn out, clean or dirty, have different textures and materials, and that gives them a unique personality. This is an assignment from my second year of studies at the National University of Arts.

Technique:

Charcoal and watercolor on 70/100cm paper.
