Hummingbird postage stamp collection

A set of 4 postage stamps, an envelope and a stamp design.

Context:

A project inspired by the beauty and grace of the hummingbird. Four different spices found a place in this series: the broad-tailed hummingbird, the ruby-throated hummingbird, Allen’s hummingbird and rufous hummingbird.

Technique:

A combination of traditional gouache illustration and digital drawing was used to create this design.
