Artist statement:

Through my works, I aim to create a space of contemplation in the midst of daily chaos, inviting the viewer to an intimate encounter with their own emotions and perceptions. My drawings, created with pen and liner on paper, explore the boundaries between observable reality and the inner universe of feelings.

My figurative style combines recognizable elements with unexpected associations, creating visual narratives that challenge conventional logic and invite a sensory understanding of the world. Through my works, I try to materialize those personal experiences that often remain unexplored, thoughts we carry in silence but that define us.

The pen drawing technique, by its very nature, becomes an act of resistance against the accelerated pace of our times. Each line is an invitation to slow down, to observe, to rediscover the beauty of the creative process itself. This technical choice reflects my artistic philosophy: in a world dominated by speed and superficiality, my art advocates for disconnection from the exterior and inner recognition.

My central motivation remains the processing and externalization of personal experiences through the visual medium. I approach themes not to find definitive answers, but to open dialogues – about time and memories, about identity and transformation, about the inner journeys we all go through.
