Layout and cover work | book design

Context:

During a school assignment at the National Art Museum, each student made drawings and sketches inspired by the classical paintings from the museum. After this assignment, each person created a zine of his own with his work, following a layout I designed.

Cover:

The cover illustration for this zine project is an interpretation of the Art Museum building, a beautiful old royal palace. It has a lot of meaning since inside the building you can find the artwork that is presented in the zine.

Technique:

Liner and watercolor for the cover and InDesign for the layout.
